What does the PillWatch Seal certify?
That the product is made by a licensed manufacturer and sourced through licensed distributors, based on documentation we review. It is a sourcing verification — not FDA approval, and not a claim about what a supplement does.
Is my product lab tested?
The Ultimate plan includes an accredited third-party lab test for one product. The verification page shows which products have lab results on file, so shoppers can see exactly what was tested.
How do shoppers check the seal?
Each seal carries a unique ID. Shoppers enter it at pillwatch.com/verify, or scan the link on your packaging, and see the product's current status.
What does monthly monitoring cover?
We review major marketplaces for listings that misuse your brand name or the PillWatch Seal and notify you of anything suspicious. If your status changes, the verification page updates.
Can a seal be removed?
Yes. If sourcing changes and can't be re-verified, or a membership lapses, the seal is marked inactive on the verification page.
